POLICY UPDATES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Important Information:

• Delivery is offered up to a 15km radius (see map). Local delivery will not be available upon checkout if you reside outside the circle.
• First orders MUST be pre-paid via. E-transfer. All subsequent orders can be pre-paid or by card on delivery.
• Once we undoubtedly verified your age with a successful delivery with IN PERSON ID, packages may be left at a safe location outside your home. (Sending a picture of I.D. is not a sufficient means of verification) Please leave the safe drop location in the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS section of your order. Or call us to confirm a safe drop location.
• Due to a large quantity of undeliverable packages, the courier WILL CALL YOU between 6.30pm - 730pm weekdays, 2.30pm – 3.30pm weekends prior to setting off with the daily deliveries to confirm you are available to recieve the Package.
• Your delivery will be pushed to the next business day if we cannot confirm you are available to receive the package and a safe drop location has not been identified.

 

 

We currently are accepting E-TRANSFER or CARD ON DELIVERY utilizing a SQUARE for mobile payments.

 Winter Weather may affect our Delivery Schedules. Orders placed before 3 pm will still be delivered on the same day. Our drivers will contact you before delivery. Thank you for your patience during snowy days.

 We offer a wide variety of delivery options to customers in, around, and outside of the Edmonton area. Local Deliveries are now processed in-house by our amazing staff! We offer FREE Same-Day Delivery with purchases over $75.

Same Day Delivery & Age Verified (18+):

For customers outside of our Local Delivery service area, we can still ship products to you through Canada Post. This service is also great if you’re looking to save a bit of money; if you order $75 or more through our online service, you’ll get free delivery through Canada Post. When ordering through us, make sure you have your Government-Issued photo ID ready when your delivery arrives. We don’t play around with age verification - if your age can’t be verified and your delivery is returned, we will not give you a refund. Customers who live in an apartment should know that our drivers will not come up to your suite; you’ll need to meet them in the lobby. They will message or call you in advance so you're informed for arrival of delivery.
